mount calvary | plan your visit

  • where should i park?

We have three lots at Mount Calvary. The upper lot is directly in front of the church and is best for the elderly or handicapped [Lot A]. There is a lot directly in front of the school and adjacent to the church...this lot has the most parking [Lot B]. The lower lot overflow parking is available from Hillside Ave., located behind the church property [Lot C]. Parking is also available along one side of Holly Street. You can download a reference map here.

  • what entrance should i use?

When you arrive on campus, you will notice bright orange A-frame signs in our parking lot directing you to our Welcome Center & Kid's Check-In area.  Follow these signs to our main entrance and our Hospitality Team will help direct you.

  • what should i wear?

Dress is casual. We've seen everything from suits and ties to flip flops and blue jeans. Come and worship in a style that is comfortable for you.

  • how long is the service?

Our Sunday morning service runs from 10:15 to approximately 11:30.

  • where should i bring my children?

There is a check-in station in the church lobby for your children to be registered before the service. You will be offered a pager for your children in the Woodlands wing (birth through age 5) should they need you during the service. For your child's safety, at check-in, you will be given a parent tag that must be presented in order to pick up your child at the end of the service.

A member of our Hospitality Team will then escort you to the appropriate classrooms for your children. The Woodlands wing (birth through age 5) is located directly adjacent to the auditorium. School-aged (grades 1-5) children's programming occurs in the lower level of the school building. Room 003 is the main meeting room.

Students 12 and older gather for a Student Bible Class in Room 102 (during our Bible Class hour) of the school building and may join their families in the sanctuary for the church service.

  • what is membership?

Members at Mt Calvary approve new deacons and elders, budgets, and are able to lead in church ministries. However, you do not need to be a member to partake in communion, join a life group, and participate in church ministries.

  • how can i get connected?

Getting connected at Mt Calvary is easy! Contact the church office if you're interested in getting plugged in to a life group, serving, or membership. You can also visit our ministries page here
