MCC Student Resources
MCC Students is Mount Calvary Church's ministry to students in 6th-12th grade. We meet regularly throughout the school year on Sunday nights. Our Sunday night gathering is called "The Well".

Hiking and Ice cream- June 6th (MS)
MCC middle schoolers, join us for an afternoon of hiking with friends at Samuel S. Lewis State Park and a snack at Jim Mack's to follow the hike! There is also a disc golf course at the park for those that would rather play disc golf. We will plan to leave from the Ministry Center at 12:30 pm and arrive back around 5:00 pm. There is no cost for this event, but bring money along to purchase ice cream and a snack at Jim Mack's ($10-20). The food menu can be found here: http://jimmacksicecream.com/kitchenmenu.php. Please make sure to RSVP by May 30th to make sure we have enough drivers for the event.

pickleball and Pizza- July 7th (MS Boys)
MS guys get your paddles ready as we spend the morning playing pickleball with pizza to follow! Come prepared to play! We will be at the Ministry Center from 10:00-12:30 on Tuesday, July 7th. Cost is $5. Please RSVP by July 5th so that we can make sure we order enough pizza. We hope to see you there!
Cake Baking Contest- July 9th (MS Girls)
MS girls get excited! We will be baking and then decorating cakes (and eating them of course) at the Ministry Center from 10:00 am-12:30 pm on Thursday, July 9th! Cost is $5. Please RSVP by July 5th so that we can make sure we have enough ingredients. We hope to see you there!

Join the band: We are looking for musicians and a tech person to help out on Sunday nights this year. If you are interested in playing or singing in the band on Sunday nights, please email Envelope Joe
Fusion Staff: One of the ways MCC Students can serve is by volunteering to help at Fusion (Sunday morning kids ministry for grades K-5). We need students to help run small groups, lead singing, or even help teach if you would like. Click here to register.

Yearly Medical Form
If your child is an attender of MCC Student functions, we are required to maintain an up-to-date copy of their medical information. You may submit this information as an electronic or paper copy. MCC will treat your electronic (typed) signature the same as a handwritten signature.
This form needs to be filled out once per ministry year.
To Submit an Electronic Copy:
1. Download the form below to your personal device, fill in your information, and save it on your device.
2. Attach your completed PDF to an email and send to info@mtcalvarychurch.com.
To Submit a Paper Copy:
1. Print a blank copy of the form below and fill it out in ink.
2. Paper copies can be submitted to the Church Office (45 Veterans Drive) or given to the Student Pastor.
If needed, we would be happy to provide you with a blank, printed copy. Copies are available at the Church Office or by request at Sunday evening gatherings of The Well.
